Satyendranath Bandyopadhyay Government Girls' High School was nationalized on February 1, 1986. Following various ups and downs, the school currently has three buildings: one 5-story building and two 3-story buildings. It includes necessary classrooms, a common room for students, an Adolescent Care Center, a Health Care Centre, physics, chemistry, biology and agricultural science laboratories, an ILC room, an office room, a teachers' common room, a meeting room, the headmistress's room, the assistant headmistress's room, a small playground, potable drinking water, and separate wash blocks for teachers and students.
